May 06 :: Artwork Updates
I haven't done any new illustrations in the past few months, so I've put up some older pictures that I've re-jigged. My
initial intentions were to sell them as posters, but never really got around to doing it.
Anyway, here they are:
One Eye
Bone Blade
Hush
I'm still busy doing work and the t-shirt stuff. I've also scrapped the first few pages of Ryujin... didn't like the style
I was employing! So the online comic is back to square-one. I will put up some frames later so you guys can see. I'm planning to use
a much simpler style, more in line with Manga. That should speed up the drawing process too.
Apr 06 :: bluechai t-shirts
I'm in the process of creating a range of t-shirts with a very good friend of mine, featuring original Anime-style characters with Hindi influences.
Our registered company is called 'bluechai (TM)' and will soon be selling the merchandise online. The website will
feature fully secure credit-card clearing facilities and delivery options.
We are aiming for a launch date of July/August, 2006.
The website address is: www.bluechai.com.au (opens in new window)
Please be sure to bookmark it and check it out later!
Apr 06 :: Ryujin - online comic
Ryujin is an online comic experiment written and illustrated by myself. The intention is to create a comic that reads like
a novel, with limited animation for added effect. I have planned the story to run for 24 episodes.
Unfortunately due to other more important commitments (see above 'bluechai', and contract-programming work), I can only work
on this project during moments of free time. This means the quality of the final product may not be up to scratch, as I am
constantly finding myself cutting corners just to get the thing done.
Hopefully when I do eventually release the first chapter, you will forgive me for the badly illustrated scenes and the poorly written
dialogue, and will stick around for future episodes to come.
